Can any one explain me relationship of Peoplesoft and oracle in term of use ?

in the past people-soft is a competitor to oracle in the field of ERP's but what happened is oracle took over people-soft and bought it completely, now people-soft is completely under oracle, as people-soft has some customers before, so maintain those customers oracle has to maintain the whole people-soft group, that's the only difference, to be frank, that's not a big difference.
