Chicken Chili

A chicken chili recipe with kidney beans, chicken breasts, onion, tomatoes, chiles and cumin.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound boneless chicken breasts, skinless
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) kidney beans, drained
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chile peppers
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
PREPARATION:
Cut chicken in bite-size cubess. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Brown chicken over medium heat; add remaining ingredients. Cover skillet and simmer for 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Serves 4.

Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Green Chilli - 200 gm
Red Chilli Powder - 3 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1 tbsp
Onions - 300 gm
Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsp
Elaichi - 4-5 (small)
Mastered Oil - 200 ml



Method:
First Clean the chicken and cut it into 10-12 small pieces. Add Mastered oil(100 ml),Red Chilli Powder,Turmeric Powder to the chicken pieces and mix it well upto 5-10 mins. Heat 100 ml oil in a large thick bottomed non stick pan Add the onion, and Fry the onions till they are golden brown then add the Garlic paste & Garlic paste & Fry for another 3 minutes. At this point we can add half cup water so as to make the onions more pulpy. Now add the chicken pieces. Fry it for approximately 15-20 minutes untill chicken boiled 70%. Add a large cup of water. Stir once in a while. After approximately 10 minutes add Green Chilli & Garam Masala. Now boil it for another 10 mins & turn off the heat. Now add the Elaichi & stir it once and transfer the chicken into a serving bowl.

Chili Chicken
This is a all time favorite of my famliy and friends!!
3-4 lbs chickens
12 corn tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 can chili without beans
1 (12 ounce) jar salsa
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese (grated)
1/2 lb cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 cup chicken broth (water chicken was boiled in)
6-8 servings 1 9x11 pan

1. Boil chicken with 1/2 onion.
2. bone& skin chicken and cut or shred into bite sized pieces.
3. mix together soups, remaining onion,broth, chili, salsa& chicken.
4. tear corn tortillas into pieces and add to above.
5. pour into buttered 9x11 inch pan.
6. spread grated cheese over top.
7. bake@ 350 degrees covered with foil for 15 minutes.
8. uncover and bake 30 to 40 minutes or untill a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.

do not change, alter, or substitute the ingredients or their quantities.
you can change the number of servings. the site will give you the changed recipe.
this so good that i gave a restaurant in germantown, tn. the recipe and they make it all of the time.
