The protein shake is a really good idea. But you can also add bananas to it. You don't want to just gain fat, though. It's not good for your heart to lose or gain weight too fast. So don't go on a McD's diet or anything like that. How old are you? How tall? These factors are important. But if you go to GNC or another nutrition store, they can get you the right products.

Eat healthy high cal foods. Peanut butter, avocado, dairy, oh and salami...but it's not that healthy for you. You should ask your doctor to recommend a diet right for you.
