My hubby and I have been married for nearly 3 mths and we only consummated the marriage twice. He doesn't initate the sex and he doesn't seem interested in sex too. However, during courtship we had sex at least twice a month.
Does marriage 'kills' sex?

When I ask him what is wrong and why won't he have sex with me.. His answer is either he is too tired, too stressed up or that he says I am mad... How depressing!

It sould make your sex life more exciting! Now, that you're comitted....maybe he's not ready to be a dad or maybe he found out something wrong with him and he doesn't know how to tell you. You should be asking your hubby this question!

Communicate with him. Find out why he doesn't enjoy sex--most men do. There is something underlying that is causing him to not be interested. He could have been abused when he was a child, for example. If he doesn't want to talk, you should get therapy right away. The longer you let something like this persist, the harder it is to correct. And you will begin to resent him. Women need their "12 touches" and if he isn't giving any, you will have a hard time and then not want to be intimate with him--then you are in a catch 22.
Find out what works for him and you and discuss it.
Hope this helps.

No, marriage doesn't kill sex, in my experience it's made it better each year. There may be an underlying problem that he's too ashamed to talk to you about. But this can make or break a marriage, and you guys need to get this one worked out for the sake of your marriage. He needs to see his doctor to see if there's not some physicological problem on his end. You guys really need to talk this one out, big time. Best of luck to you both.

What do you do to initiate sex? Do you just leave it up to him? If he's tired or stressed to do try to easy into it. What about backrubs or cuddling?
It seems a little strange to begin with that you only had sex twice a month while you were dating. Has anything else changed in your life besides getting married that would affect him?

The real problem might be that he has an erectile dysfunction. Another possibility is sadly he might be gay. I would go to a consular/therapist. Definitely try to start some more communication. its possible he is tired but that's pretty tired. its not often i hear women say there men wont have sex. How old are you two?

I think it happens a lot. The stress of marriage too can reduce the desire for sex. Give it time.

Sometimes guys go through personal things that cause a loss of interest in sex. I went through this with my boyfriend. Is he going through any stress? Stress can be a large factor.
