Me. I could eat Mexican food 24/7/365. Have never run across anything I don't like although I may not care for a certain restaurants version of something. I cook it myself quite often. Carne Asada Tacos as someone mentioned are wonderful and I serve it at least a couple of times a month. Along with Chili (with beans), Enchiladas, Chili Colorado, etc.
My favorite by far though is Chile Rellenos! Bring 'em on. I'll eat 'em all. Is it time for comida yet?

I grew up in Texas, so I always thought that what I was eating all my life was Mexican food--it's not, it's actually Tex Mex, and you really can't find good Tex Mex outside of Texas!! I personally find authentic Mexican food a little bland and greasy, in comparison, but I still like authentic Mexican food.
(And don't get me started on the steaming horse manure that fast food chains like Taco Bell try to pass off as Mexican food...)

I do! I do! I went out for mexican food last night as a matter of fact. We have a great place in town called Las Palmas...I had soft shell steak tacos...oh man...it's like a little bit of heaven. I think I eat there about twice a week!

the easy answer would be mexicans, but seeing them migrate in the 1,000's to the U.S. maybe thats not so apparent, I like taco's and chili con carne but I'm not sure they are really mexican or not I ate in a Mexican restaurant once and nothing I tried was fit to feed to a German Shepard

Oh my gosh!!!! If there was nothing else left to eat, except Mexican food....I'd be in heaven :D I used to tell my mom that I only dated mexicans for their food.
