Analog audio and video cables can receive interference from outside sources. Higher quality cables to an extent can provide you with better quality. The grade in copper, the quality in soldering, and of course the shielding are all important parts of making wire. Please do not post personal opinions about subjects you have not studied. It is not helpful to anyone and provides a disservice to the person requesting information.

You do not need to spend a fortune on wire, but in most cases a small expenditure will improve your quality of picture and or sound.

Technically yes it absolutely does but will you or most humans notice it? Probably not unless you have serious RF interference from somewhere. Do you live near a radio tower? Do you live in a radio tower? Then probably not going to make too much of a noticeable difference.

Hower, technically it does significantly reduce interference.

The difference is imperceptible. They sell these cables to rip you off. The most effective thing you can do to improve signal quality is to use the shortest cables necessary.
