how much is it to hae this done, we have tried the home tests but they said even though it might say fertile you may not be so it was a waste of money

since when is there a rule you have to be married before having children?

if you are married and have children does that mean that your going to be a better parent? some people like myself are not looking to get married
by the way did i ask for your thoughts about getting married? no i didnt think so

It usually runs about $100 to have a semen analysis done, depending on where you go to see a doctor and whether you have insurance. However, you should definitely see a fertility specialist's office if you are going to have it done, since they are the most qualified to give you an answer, and if you need further testing, then they will be able to provide it. One stop shopping, so to speak. :)

It does not matter what year it is...marriage is the best way to bring children into this world. So get off the 2K drama. Two people who are not married can come and go as they please and having a child in the picture does not show them a good example either. It is not a rule, it is called good morals and values in life. If you are going to have kids at least be married so the kid can have a stable family life.
With your attitude it sounds like you are young and immature. You have no respect or self respect. You do not have any morals or values in life.
If you do not like the resonses you get then do not put your business out there online.
Why have a kid with someone who you do not plan on marrying and spending the rest of your life with. Marriage is a wonderful thing but you would not know.
Also sounds like you come from a troubled home.

go to the hospital, your family doctor, or a family planning clinic....ask for a sperm count test. I however agree with many of the other answers; get married first, then worry about such things as making babies....

I don't know if you have already tried to have a kid yet. but the easiest and fun way is to just have sex and see if you get pregnant. If not then keep trying ( I'm sure your bf will thank me for this lol)
