my dog does it all the time, but my brother's friends dog doesn't do it why does my dog do it?

It is a reaction from their muscles because when you scratch their stomachs it feels really good so then their muscles get a signal from their brain that makes their leg shake sometimes as a reaction to the pleasure they feel. Sometimes they do this and sometimes they dont.

it is like a tickle spot on people except on dogs. if one person is tickelish under the arm doesnt mean everyone does. same with dogs. i have 3 dogs and only one does the scratch thing. ur dog is fine

Dogs shake their leg when they get tickled and most dogs get tickles on their tummy. That's why a dog shakes his leg when you scratch(tickle) his tummy.
