It would be illegal to do that.
You can download OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org, though. It does nearly everything that MS Office does and is free. It will open and save your documents in MS Word format if you like.
I highly recommend it.

to download ms word for free go to office.microsoft.com and check for updates and they will display it there for free make sure you have windows xp service pack 2
