There is no such thing as a "curry sauce". In general, curries are cooked by a process known as Bhuna, in which the liquid is added at the start or near the start of the cooking process, along with the spices and herbs. In some cuisines, the spices and oils are added at the end of the cooking process - this is known as Tarka and is a prominent feature of Bengali cooking. (Any Asian reader is encouraged to correct me if I am wrong, but I am speaking very generally. I'm not Asian but a chef very much in love with your food.)

What do you want from a curry sauce? I am not going to knock McDonalds (whatever floats your boat). Their burgers and fries tend to be a bit dry for my palate, and I feel that your wish for curry sauce is to add a bit of saliva-inducing liquid to your meal. Unless I am in Germany, where the local burgers need no enhancement other than salt, I make my own, and I drizzle my salads with extra virgin Olive oil, which negates the need for a sauce. Dry chicken products, such as the McNuggett or KFC, will benefit from a drizzle of lemon juice.

I can give you many recipes for "curry sauce". Tell me why you want it, because "curry sauce" is not authentic.
