Well, you could keep lying to your mom, and have to put up with having your friends around all the time, OR, you could tell your mom the truth, and ask if it's okay if you go out with this guy alone.
Also, as a side note, you should really learn to spell. Guys will listen to a girl talk like you do for a short while, but then they get bored and start dating an intelligent girl - while you're standing there saying, "Wut did I do?"

the first thing you do is tell your mom and then tell your Friends in a polite way that you would like to spend some time alone with this guy if they don't understand then there not really your Friends

Maybe the guy can meet your mom and if she thinks he's a nice guy then she'll probably let you go out alone. Or maybe she thinks you're too young to seriously date.

i dun quite understand your question is your mom asking your friends to follow you or something lidat if so than talk to your mom and tell her that your love life has nothing to do with her and you would like to have some privacy.....
if your friends are always following you than (a) you can say you got somthing else to do or (b) you can tell them about him and just say you are going to meet him and have to go.....
