i am a vary shy man i have trubel talking to girl who can i get over it i have been hurt way tomine times

try joining an interest group in a field you are knowledgable about, maybe you will be comfortable talking about this subject. once you've gained a little confidence, you'll be able to talk about yourself to women.

First, don't hold your past disappointments as a statistic measure of your future relationships.
Second, know what you looking for and know yourself. Be willing to accept the things that you have no control over and allow it to be what it is.
Third, make good decisions this means be responsible. When you meet a girl, make sure that you are surrounding yourself with an environment that is has not compromised your loss of inhibition, etc.

U need to get over past relationships and believe in yourself and stop being sly because u may miss out on Miss Rigth because u where to sly to talk to her!!!

I know how u feel. I am shy myself. andi it's hard for me to talk to guys that I like to. But I know that I have to get over it. Just be urself. And talk to that person like they was one of ur friends.

Dont let those past relationships get you down. Just put yourself out there. If you get turned down blow it off. Its really no big deal.
