Yes; in fact, most schools in Lousiana have bilingual programs in which students learn all subjects in both languages.

No one speaks "French" in Louisiana except for immigrants and high school and college students.

There are still many speakers of Cajun French (which is NOT "French", but a different language).

Yes of course, many of my family members moved there because they heard it was still spoken in New Orleans...my entire family still does including myself
