Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup vanilla or chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions
1. In a blender container, blend together ice cream, milk, and peanut butter. Makes 1 or 2 servings.

Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
2 8-ounce cartons plain fat-free yogurt
2 ripe small bananas
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or unsweetened frozen strawberries
1 cup fresh mixed berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries, or unsweetened frozen mixed berries
Directions
1. In a blender container, combine yogurt, bananas, and berries; cover and puree until nearly smooth. Makes 4 servings.

Super Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
10 cardamom pods
3 cups mango nectar (about two 11.5- to 12.5-ounce cans), chilled
2 8-ounce cartons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons ground pistachio nuts
Fresh mango and melon pieces (optional)
Directions
1. Open cardamom pods by crushing with a blunt instrument, such as a knife handle. Remove seeds; discard pods. Use a mortar and pestle to crush seeds to make 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon.
2. In a blender container combine chilled nectar, yogurt, honey, and cardamom. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses. Sprinkle with ground pistachio nuts. Garnish glass with fresh mango and melon pieces threaded on skewers, if desired. Makes 5 servings.

Tropical Smoothie:
1/2 Banana
1 cup Strawberries or 1/2 mango
3/4 cup raw Coconut water
3 oz. fresh Coconut
2 tbs Honey (or Sugar)
1/4 tsp. pure Vanilla Extract

A Healthful Breakfast:
1 Green Apple
1ripe Bananas
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
3 Pitted Dates
1 cup ice cubes
* If you want it non-dairy, substitute yogurt with 1/2 cup orange juice.

It is best to refrigerate the fruit several hours before preparing the Fruit Smoothie. Banana could be cut into pieces and frozen. Put all in blender and run at "high" until the Dates are thoroughly blended into the Smoothie (about 1-minute). Serve in a tall glass with a straw, and enjoy.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Healthy fruity smoothie... that's not a tongue twister! This really fill you up!
1 medium ripe banana, frozen
3 strawberries, frozen
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
ice cubes
cold water
2 medium glasses

1. Crush ice cubes in blender.
2. Add a few tablespoons of cold water.
3. Chop/slice frozen banana into pieces.
4. Add banana, strawberries and yogurt into blender.
5. Blend until smooth, add a little water if it's too thick.
6. Sit back and chill out with the healthy smoothie

1 can (4 oz.) diced peaches in juice, undrained
2 HONEY MAID Low Fat Cinnamon Grahams, coarsely broken
1/3 cup ice cubes



PLACE all ingredients except ice cubes in blender; cover. Blend on medium speed 30 sec. or until smooth.
ADD ice; cover. Blend on high speed until thickened.
SERVE immediately.

Iced coffee::: 4oz of milk; 1 tsp instant coffee; 3 tsp sugar; put in blender turn blender on and add (usualy 10) ice cubes while blending (till it becomes like a smoothie or daquri) strain out cubes as you pour into an 8oz glass.It will perk you up on the hottest days.

Cantaloupe Frenzy
INGREDIENTS:
1 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
3 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
2 cups ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:
Place cantaloupe cubes and ice into the container of a blender. Process until the ice is in small pieces. Add sugar, and puree. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
