If you are a legal immigrant you have the same rights and opportunities as citizens.
To get information about flight attendant jobs call the air lines and just ask. They'll inform you where to go.
In the meantime, work on your English!

It's helpful to be a US Citizen (or gone through the process), learn/master speaking and spelling English (especially if flying within the US) and definitely survive a criminal background check by the FBI or other Federal agency. Know the hiring policies of Airlines before applying. Some have height/weight and dexterity requirements. From those I met in my past, most applying do not get the job-only a select few make the process. FYI: "Immegrant" is spelled "immigrant."

Are you a legal immigrant? If so, the process is the same for as it is for everyone else. You go to the airline companies and apply for their training programs for flight attendants.
If you just have a green card, talk to an immigration lawyer first, because of the travel requirements of the job, and limitations on the amount of time that you can be out of the country and still keep your immigration status OK.

If you are a LEGAL immigrant you will need people skills developed at high levels and studies from a decent university to get aflight attendant certification. I suggest completion of your high school education at a public school to develope these necessary people skills and a proper colleg education and if you do this, you are almost guaranteed to become a flight attendant.
