There was this young woman that I shared a mutual crush with. Ever since elementary and middle school we always liked each other but, never became more than friends. We lost contact in Jr High and didn't speak for 12+ years. We finally got back in touch via www.classmates.com. We were 3000 miles apart but, after talking on the phone one day she said she wanted to see me. So, I told her to go to the airport and pick up the ticket at the counter which I would purchase. $900 to spend a few hours together was outrageous but, it was worth it in the end. She ended up flying across the country just to spend the day with me and flew right back home in time for work the next day but, it was one of the most memorable days of my life.

not that outrageous BUT he used to put staples in my hair and poke me and hit my desk and kick it and stuff just to make me talk and i didn't get mad at him. because i thought he was flirting with me. worst mistake of my life. well, my short life, my life so far, you get the point.
