Her husband is verbally abusive, and thinks about money. We want to take this to a new level but she is worried about his temper. I know morally I should call this off, but I have never meet someone like her before. So precious but living in fear.

If she is with an abusive man she needs to call off the marriage. Take it from me it is only going to get worse. If I were you I would encourage her to leave. It sounds to me like you love her and would like a future with her. So I would say don't call it off unless she doesn't leave her husband. If she won't leave the marriage then call it off. Good luck. Urge her to get out fast! Even if you end up parting ways.

This is a decision that only you can make. You need to ask yourself, and her, why she is still in the marriage, and question whether the fact that she is, may mean a great deal of suffering for you if she stays. The fact is that married people aren't out of the marriage until they are out, and alot of them take a very long time to take action, if ever. Having said that, love is love. There isn't nearly enough of it, and sometimes you have to take a chance, risking the fact that you may find yourself in a very difficult position for a very long time. I hope it works out for you both.

It is always complicated when you're involved with someone who's married. Hopefully, she'll find it in her heart and her mind that she needs to divorce from her husband and move on. Worried about his temper? She can always go to a lawyer and get legal protection in case he gets violent again. Good luck to both of you.

Tell her to go to your local domestic relation court and file for a restraining order and help her move in with you and if he comes around her she can call the police and they can arrest him for violating the order, one more thing buy a hand gun to protect herself.
