How do you guys handle the silent treatment. Like when your gf or bf acts like an immature cvnt and ignores you instead of trying to fix the problem?

Note: We live together.

I HATE THIS AND MY GF DOES THIS A LOT. anyway, usually, if it's my fault i'll apologize, but sincerely and maybe only once. if it's her, i'll be like "i love you, but the way you're acting isn't acceptable" or something like that. and then i'll wait for her to call back or whatever. anyway, we always make up in the end, but if she really really cares about you (and she needs you more than you need her) then she will be the first to call back.

Depends on what caused the silent treatment. What a bout leaving a little love note, or several of them. Is the fight really worth it? If it is small and petty be the bigger person and show that person that you love them, whatever you do, don't get in there face and try to force them to talk, maybe there is something else going on, be loving and supportive.

In ancient times the silent treatment was considered the worst form of torture the community could inact on an individual. Manipulation is all that is about. You can only choose to behave the way they think you should, or get on with life and be who you are.

Depends on the reason for the silence. If its your fault then say sorry, if its not then try and explain your side of things and state you can both carry on with your lives or waste time being angry and silent.

This is what you should do.

If you love her: Do everything you can to make her happy. Buy her flowers, chocolates.... ANYTHING to get her mind of what you did to her. Romance her. Remember, scice you live together and love each other you already agreed to that she is always right and your wrong. She is the love of your life right?

Old problem, easy solution. Leave her alone, let her think it out, If it's a constant problem, she's playing games. Watch what happens when you start moving out without saying anything.
