Sounds like the highlights damaged your hair or took out all the moisture, they aren't supposed to make your hair poofy. My hair is very dry and Highlighted and I use Garnier fructis sleek and shine leave in conditioning cream,it's like a lotion for your hair and it completely tames any poofyness or fly aways without making your hair an oil slick.I have natural curly dyed hair and my ends are starting to break and getting a brush through the ends is hard but when I use sleek and shine the brush goes right through ..no problem and leaves my hair so soft and poof free!! I swear by it!! Another one you can use is Dove anti-frizz cream its great too but you get more for your money with sleek and shine. I wouldn't even attempt to use gels, mousse or hairspray, they contain alcohol that will make your hair even drier and a lot worse in the long run.Make sure you use some type of serum or leave in conditioner or cream!!!!

If I where you I would do one of two things I would either get my hair wet and use a mousse or styling gel or I would use an anti frizz gel on dry hair. The reason your hair is poofy is because the bleach dried it out and it is damaged from the bleach you need to get a good hair conditioning treatment I would recommend a treatment called cholesterol it is a trick orange stuff that will feel really gross in but will help re-moisturize your hair or if you need it asap and don't have time to go to the store then try miracle whip I know it sounds crazy but it will help re-moisturize your hair.

Give yourself an intense conditioning treatment or even a hot oil treatment will help. The bleach fried your hiar, you need to repair the damage now. Try getting the new shampoos out there that help repair hair's damage. After washing your hair apply a leave in conditioner, I suggest Infusium 23, it works well. Try not to do too much thermal styling for a while(irons, blowdrying etc.). You should try deep conditioning it at least every other week. Oh & stay away from the bleach now.

use a good moisturizing conditioner, and then I use 'Got2B crazysleek' gel that you put in your wet hair before you blow-dry, then I use the blow-dryer angling downward with a round brush, then use a straightener...or if your problem is that hair is all static, squirt some hair spray in the palm of your hand, or put lotion on your hands (all mixed in), and rub your hands through your hair! Good luck!

Straighten it with a straightening iron. I use this spray called "straightsexyhair" you can find it at a hair salon. It works amazingly. My hair is THICK and wavy and I can get it pin straight.

that's because your hair is dry due to the chemicals. u have to get a deep conditioning treatment, and u have to get a hair moisturizer and that will elimitate the poofyness.
in a few days your hair will be back to normal but thats if u do what i told u.

straighten it or wash hair with sleek suave shampoo and conditioner (orange bottles). Believe me it works because i have thick hair so it becomes puffy. If it doesn't work use dove spray in or samy spray in conditioner.
