I think that is a wonderful idea. If you are to be christ-like, then get crucified. If you come back you are christ like and a good christian and I will finally believe that christianity isn't some huge joke played on society

To be a christian does mean to be Christ like but it does not mean you should be crucified when executed. Jesus was crucified becuase that was His purpose in life, to die for our sins so that we may have everlasting life through Him. Christians are in a sense executed and born again when they accept Christ in their lives.

being a christian doesn't mean u should face crucifixition just because jesuschrist crucified his life for us . he crucified his life so that we all r saved from our sins, yes we shoul have his qualities in us that u can find in 2peter verse5 to 8

Hum . . . Paul taught that for him, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Be it a live or dead, there is always a reason to live.
In living, we brings out the glory of God. In our death, we end our suffering, and be with Jesus.
So, to live or to die? It is all depend on the will of God.
So, should we be crucified? Let it be what God want the believer to be,

definitely not, that refers to trying to live your life as Christ would,
but there is a time coming, after the Anti-Christ takes World Power,
Then the only was to get to Heaven is to be beheaded for your faith,
all the true Believer will already be there.

to be christlike would mean to be gentle to forgive your enemies, to love your neighbour as yourself. It was the people who hated Christ who had Him crucified. so if you want to crucify christians, you are no better than the romans who crucified Christ.
