DO NOT use any other trap or anything that might injure them, i have the same situation u do , take them in and take care of them till you can find them a new home, take them to the vets or any other way you'd be able to give them away like the pound. Dont just drop them off on the side of the street because they can still come back. (we gave a stray cat to a friend of are's and they live 20 miles away, 4 days later the cat came back.)

i'm pretty sure catching them and taking them to someplace else is illegal.
how about taking care of them, providing them with some cat food(there are some big bags of cat food which cost very little money) and spaying them.
as for them getting in your bathroom put a hen-house net on that window.
how do they get into your house? do you know from which window or door? if so put a net there.
relocating them or hurting in someway is illegal. if you will do it and break the law know that other cats will come instead, it's the vacuum syndrome. when a territory becomes free from it's ruler other cats will catch that territory.
try and ask in your local pet store if they have something that can help you.
but i douth they have something that really helps.
feeding and watering them and having them spayed will keep the cat population in regular number.
you don't have to put the food in your yard you can put in outside the gate in a corner or something like that.

As said several times, see what's legal concerning traps. if they are feral cats, then I suggest getting a low power spring loaded airgun (they're called airsoft guns, you probably knew that, but anyway) make sure its low power ( .4 joules of power is low enough not to hurt or break skin, but it gives a little welt).
If these aren't feral cats, and you have a good relationship with your neighbors, ask them kindly to do something about Snowflake.
If your relationship with your neighbors is poor and these cats aren't feral, then I suggest you tell them that any unwelcome animal that comes on your property isn't coming back. They'll get the picture.

Dumping them might not work. I took a cat up to the neighborhood cat person and the next evening she was back. They tear up your plants, dig in your garden. Everytime i go out to plant in my garden the rake pulls up dozens of cat poops. Its irritating to say the least. For your own conciance I wouldnt hurt them, but I would follow the advice of the tender traps. My mom had about 15 Feral cats and thats what she did. It took her about 8 days to round them up, using the rented traps. They have been gone for about 10 years now.

Cat fence-in, pointed out. Or get a dog and an invisible fence, so he can patrol the area for you. If you do trap them, take them to the local animal shelter. If their owners have to collect them from there, they'll get the hint and keep them in!

I tried it all, only think that works is a cat sprayer, its about 100 bucks well well worth it, you set it in your yard, it has a eye and anything that comes near it within 30 0r more feet gets a shot of water dead on, they learn fast after week or so no more cats.

GIVE THEM TO ME! i have 8 cats that come to my yard regularly, and they live in it, but use the bathrrom somewhere else (i am not exactly tempted 2 find out where). but if you dont want to keep them, u can call ur local humane society who will use humane animal traps, trap them, treat them for any diseases, spay/neuter them, and then put them up for adoption. so everything is perfectly legal and is done with no charges for u.

Cat traps are your best bet. Then take them to the humane society where they will probably be destroyed. You no longer have a cat problem.

Sounds mean but a soft pellet air gun like they sell at Wal-Mart in the sporting goods department. It doesn't break the skin but does scare them off. I had one ripping our window screens trying to get to my indoor cats and we used that, took it twice to figure out that it would get hurt in our yard so it doesn't come back.
