a very light tan color would do nicely with the other colores, but white would look good too.also, think about what a pain in the butt it would be to have to paint a ceiling.

Yes. Select a color that's one or two shades darker than the most prevalent color on the walls. This will create continuity and cohesion among the flat surfaces in the room.

You can be creative and design a faux coffered ceiling with some chunky trim pieces or pick up some punched paper and create a copper tile effect.

I think a white ceiling would like fine. Don't get any paint on that wood floor! Happy decorating!

You would probably be better off just to paint the ceiling an off white.

I would go ahead and carry that yellow color to the ceiling. You really shouldn't use more than four colors in a room, you know.
If you ever plan to get any relaxing done.

use white on your ceiling if you want the room to be bright, use a darker color you you want the room to be dark, the ceiling has a lot to do with the room being bright or dark more so than the walls.hope this helps

well, i guess it depends on if you are using any other color in the room, like on the lamps, flowers, area rug, etc. i might grab a color from those accessories if you are going to use another color. if not, i would definately go with off white. white would be too plain compared to the others. happy decorating.

Try white first. If you don't like it, you can easily paint it over with a color. It's harder to cover up a color with white; it would take several coats.
