I know it's a cliche but seriously, most girls DO go for the real pricks, yet the good guys end up lonely? I know the quote "nice guys finish last" but i also know that birds of a feather flock together, so when you do find a girl, she will be on your level....but i just want to know how girls' minds work? Why go for someone who's going to mess you about, yet they don't want a good guy who'll always be there for them.

When I was young and stupid I always loved bad boys....but when I grew up and realized that "bad boy" is just another word for bum or outlaw.....I decided to find someone to be a partner to me....not someone I had to take care of.
Just like this girl below me......read her post and then read the other questions she asked....she acts like all is good on this answer...but her other question says ""how can I get my husband to respect me again?"' or something like that......lol......see what I mean....who wants to have a life like that?

Those guys are a thrill and fun. Never a dull moment and live on the edge. But tend to not settle down with just one women. I would take the nice gu over the bad boy type any day. But then I am older and wiser too :) I too feel for the bad boy type and it got me no where !

Because we want to be so desirable to these bad boys that they will do anything (including change) to make us happy. That would prove what irresistable creatures we are. We want to be the transformational catalyst in those bad boys lives.
It all sounds so silly and egotistical doesn't it? We're not perfect either. The good news is, as we mature we get over it. Maybe you should look for an older woman.

nice guys are BORING. if you are a guy who has wit, charm, and takes chances in life, she will want to be with you. if you have a purpose, a meaning, something you stand for, she will want to stand behind you. she wants a man, not some weak puppy who will just show her love and not lead the way. she wants to feel safe, and she will feel safe with a man who takes control. nice guys can have wit, charm, personality, and get tons of girls. be confident, cool, stylish, charming, everything. she wants a man who knows what he wants. she wants a man who is a winner (in life). she is genetically programmed to want a guy who will produce offspring that will be of good quality! so look good, be confident, have the best personality, be passionate about your job, your school, your work, or whatever your interests are, and you will be able to get many, many women! and treat them good, too.

I think sometimes girls think bad boys are more adventerous and more fun to be with, more of a challenge to figure out. Don't worry, as most girls mature they quickly find out that the good guys is who they would prefer to be with.

The bad boy is exciting and different. All the men she has known for her whole life(family, friend's dads, ect) have been good guys, so that's boring. A bad boy is different.

Have u seen my husband..He is HOT...like totally the BAD BOY look...I don't know/////well it's more sexy!! we dont...well, I dont'. i like sweet guys.its a whole different story if a girl ends up w/ a guy she THOUGHT was sweet, but ended up being a jerk.
