The obvious answer is the least popular...don't drink that much to start with...

That said:
The "hang-over" feeling is due to dehydration. If you drink copius amounts of water before goiing to sleep it off you will not suffer from that feeling. Depending on how much you drink, the more water you'll need to offset the alcohol. The alcohol is what removes the water from your system causing the "buzz" you get from alcohol. Being drunk is actually being water deprived...

Throwing in a couple Ibuprofen never hurts...

lol I asked the same thing yesterday and most people suggested:
1. Drink more
2. V-8 or some sorta tomato juice
3. lots of water
4. aspin

good luck......I just drank water and took Goody's headache powder and was better by lunch (I had to be at work at 8am yesterday with a killer hangover!)

Before you go to bed after a hard night of drinking, eat something, drink a glass of water and take some tylenol.

Wake up early, take some more pain meds. Go back to sleep.

Once you get up a bit later, eat a greasy breakfast and drink lots of water. Lay around all day and keep popping pain meds (as directed by the manufacturer and as needed).

Pedialite - it's for kids but it works.
Sleep is always great, but if you can't sleep and you're just laying in misery, get out and walk around, try and move. Sitting around just makes it worse. Jump in a pool, a lake or an ocean if you can. Then when you go back home, you're ready to sleep again. i've done this before.
