It's generally accepted that Matthew was written in Hebrew or Aramaic. Matthew, Mark and Luke are called "Synoptic Gospels" because they share many of the same details, even exact or nearly exact quotations, indicating that they may also have been written in Hebrew.
That, and the book of Hebrews, at least, were written in Hebrew/Aramaic. The rest or most of the rest may have been authored in Greek.
