Well, that's a really difficult topic!

I expect you are here on travel now.

So either you find a US company which badly wants to employ you OR you have such special skills that it's impossible to find a Swiss or even European having them. Otherwise: no chance!

As far as I know, in Europe you can get a work permit only if you came with a job that allows you to stay and work within the European limits. Switzerland has its own regulations that are not entirely same as the European Union.
The easier way is to get married- if that can be consider a choice and not a torture- like in any other country in the world, with a local citizen but that doesn't make you a Swiss citizen immediately. Normally it takes 3 years and you must proof that you can deal decently with one of the local languages - 3 or 4 over there: French, German, Italian for sure. English is not included in the package. For better information, go to your consulate and get the right information.

Tell them you are a mexican and you don't speak french or german (with a spanish accent)
