I ask because the uneducated masses of the U.S seem to congregate here and as in wherever else they meet, education loses!

I am not sure exactly how this Yahoo zoning system works because although it is shown as being "YAHOO answers UK & Ireland, we are constantly bombarded with foreign contributors.
As for people for whom English is not their first language, reading the questions and answers I would estimate that would eliminate around 93% of the contributors. At the rate we are going I am expecting the next generation to be completely iliterate! Do people have no self respect these days, they are perfectly happy to send messages on here that would disgrace a 5 year old and they just don't care! Standing by for a torrent of abuse(fortunately most will be uninteligible!)

I think that the 'locals' of this site are more experienced in learning and life knowledge.
Because the answerer's come from so many different age groups and backgrounds, they can give a more rounded view of the question. And all the answers together often give a balanced and un-biased view of the question.
Something you often can't get in your peer group.

I'm from ther, & how I'm here,SO the answer is no, unless they move fer away from ther, then they become more intelligent, then peolpe around them.
