About 10 Million new illegals have crossed the border.

Bush has told Fox, and Fox has told the Mexican press, that nothing is likely to pass this year.
Which means new bills, whether or not similar to current bills, would need to be introduced next year.
I hope that he is right. The Senate Bill is much worse than having no bill at all, but it will take the November elections to show us what immigration will look like in the future.
