it probably says that because BMI charts arent too accurate. its also saying you weigh alot for your size, but muscle weighs more than fat, and BMI charts arent accounting for how much muscle someone has. they are just assuming most people dont have it and their weight isnt muscle, in your case its different and most likely the chart is not accurate =)

This is why BMI isn't always a good indicator of who is 'fat'. You're heavy but it's muscle you're carrying rather than fat. I'd check with the doctor about your weight worries rather than relying on a not-too-reliable scale.

That is SO out dated it's not even funny. It's a proven fact that muscle weighs more than fat. Hell, even the military uses % body fat instead of those charts. YOU ARE NOT NOT NOT FAT! :)

BMI is very skewed in that way. It does NOT take athletes into account. Your best guide is your body fat % which a doctor can meassure. Odds are you're fine.

U are not fat. I have no clue why it said that, that is so messed up. If i really want a good say about how go of shape u are in, talk to your docter next time you see them. But i really don't think you need to, ur not overweight
