OK this is like situps...but u sit on one leg and one leg extended sideways.Like u sit on letf leg and extend ur right leg to ur right for like 5 secs and vice versa.I dont know much abt this one but I think I am not doing this exercise right as I notice that my hips widen after doing this.WHat is teh correct way of doing this and what is the name of this exercise?

your doing it wrong, because your not listening to Cream.

are you trying to work the abs? Cause if so, I think from experience that abslide is best. But I dont have one so a pull both legs up and do a crunch as same time, keep legs extended cause when you come back down it works the lower as well and the upper when you go up. After you can do about 40 -50 of these no problem. If you can get about 5 - 10 pound weight and hold this behind you head when doing them and keep adding more weight as it becomes easier. Youll get excellent results. I have nice abs, but need to lose some fat to see them better.
