Corn Vadai
Corn seeds- 1/2 kg, veg. Oil - 1/2 kg, green chillies - 50 g, ginger - small piece, cumin seeds- 1/2 spoon, rice flour - 100 g
Grind corn seeds,ginger,greenchillies with some water into a bit coarse paste. To this paste add cumun seeds, riceflour. Make round flat shape on a plastic sheet of paper and drop it into the boiling oil.Remove when fully cooked Side dish can be cabbage,tomato or coconut chutney. (Note: Adding rice flour is optional)

Ingredients
1/2 lb bacon
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 green pepper
2 cups corn (fresh cooked, canned or frozen)
salt
Directions
Cut bacon (it used to be bear fat!)into chunks and fry, add into the pan, chopped onion and green pepper, saute until soft, add corn and lightly salt (to taste). Simmer for at least 30 minutes on low heat. Serve hot!

Dirty Fried Corn
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 cn whole kernel corn; drained
4 oz cooked ground beef; drained
1/4 ts oregano
1/4 ts cajun seasoning
1/4 ts onion; powder
1/2 ts parsley; finely chopped
1/4 ts cumin; powder
1/2 ts dill pickles; finely chopped
Instructions
Drain corn and fry til brown.
Stir in cooked meat.
stir in all remaining ingred. and cook slow for about 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh cucumber salad.

Gobi Parantha...Yum Yum ....My known it extremely is a wholesome snack often taken by capacity of North-Indians. aspects ½ cup Cauliflower(grated) a million no. green Chilies(chopped) a million bunch Coriander leaves(chopped) ¼ tsp. crimson Chili Powder ¼ tsp. All spice powder 50 gms. Flour a million tbsp. Clarified Butter Salt to style instructions Knead flour including some water. additionally squeeze water out of cauliflower after which blend spices in it. make one 4 inch chapati length roti and place mixed grated cauliflower, green chilly, coriander leaves and different spices combination on that rolled chapatti. Make yet another chapati of an analogous length and cover the 1st one securing the ends. warmth a flat pan and fry the paratha on the two aspects using desi ghee till golden brown. Serve warm with yogurt/butter. Butter is my selection......Upal.
