Um -- which "important people" have insulted the muslim religion and been arrested? I'd like to read about that.
And are you saying that these same "important people" have also insulted Christians, and then not been arrested? Again, I'd like to read about that too.
Some "imprtant people" insulted the followers of the two largest religions in the world ... hhhmmmm.

that is the same with Yahoo. Answers If you insult Muslim religion you are taken off Answers. But if you insult the Christian religion they don't do anything. Look at that answer below.
Is god a dog or a dog god. If you did that implicating a Muslim you would be cancelled.
It is really unfair. If you insult the Muslim faith you go to jail.
That s a hate crime. If you insult the Christian faith. You are told to go get a life. That causes resentment among Christians because it is so unfair.

if I may say , not all but a huge population of the Muslim community has distorted its own faith , going not by the guidelines laid by the founders of this great religion but by its own fanaticism and hatred for other races. Their irrational and absolutely unjustified intolerance to almost anything and everything leads to more than mere arguments. Christians on the other hand believe in themselves and also believe that if there is a sect a community the non believers have the right to express their opinions unlike the Muslim community. In such a case the ramparts of our freedom are often forced to show their disliking for the anti Muslim , or else the Muslim community decides to pretty much wage a war! the christian community spends more time on its believers and well wishers than scheming for plots for the anti Christians , TOLERANCE is the word!!

The facts are that in America it is not the Muslims that are having to spend so much money defending their right to religious expression but the Christians. I don't know where you are getting your information from but if you look at the record you will find that Christians are constantly having to go to court over the right to pray, the right to display the ten commandments, the right to be included in political debates etc. Where is your evidence to back up your statements? Be specific.

oh get over yourself. Christians are the biggest faith bashing other faiths. you people are so arrogent about your faith that you treat people who worship other gods like they're the biggest idiots on earth. Christians have done more than their fair shair of killing innocent people for following different gods.
and of course people care. a person cant 'insult' christianity even slightly without every christian on the planet swarming to the issue and whining about how abused and persecuted christians are.

I insult all religions equally. No one goes to jail for that sort of thing in the US. We have socially evolved past the middle ages.
