i use old bay and viniger and lemon and water not to much water just want them to steam for about 10-15 min. then make a butter sauce with real butter melt the butter then skim the stuff off the top melt again skim again until it is clear and yellow then get to crackin!! Serve hot and only take out what you need to eat at that time let the others stay in the pot until yu are done with the first batch!!! keep them warm they are better that way and i heat my butter sauces up when it is not hot enough that is me

I like to grill along with a nice steak - You just lay them on a good size piece of foil, spread a little garlic butter & fold to seal. They usually take about 10- 15 minutes & will melt in your mouth.

We boil them in a pot with Zatarain's crab boil.

Simple, boil until hot. Depends on how cold they are and how many there are. Crack then eat.
