I always answer. They say they want to talk to me about their religion. I say I'd love to hear EVERYTHING but first I want you to watch this tape I have produced by X-witnesses..it's 3 hours long and one after the other speaking some were members for years and very high-up leaders. So far they've watched about 20 minutes and then ask to leave..some have watched the whole thing and left quietly without telling me about why they've came..it's worked 100% of the time. You can get tapes like this one...just google Jehovah witnesses X-member speak out etc

Im a christian as well and I dislike the way jahovas try to convert people! I say there wrong. They try to talk you into sh**! It ticks me off! If you do answer the door and you tell them no thankyou or that your not intrested they wont just leave they keep pressuring you and provoke you to be meaner and meaner each time you say no. so instead of being angry i would just not answer the door its the best thing to do, i dont think its wrong in anyway at all. like i said i dont think its right for them to practically go door to door and say join us. thats basically what the do! so yes just dont open the door.

First off, WWJD? He WENT KNOCKING DOOR TO DOOR, why aren't you? Many people have a picture of him knocking on a door, yet they refuse too, why? Christ himself said go out and preach the good news of my kingdom, not "sit your *ss in church and wait for it." No where in the Bible is "1 minister" at a weekly meeting mentioned, but everyone minsters. Although I am not a Jehovah's Witness, I simply say, "Thank you for coming by, I understand and appreciate your time, so I'll let you get back out, thank you for stopping bye, however I am quite happy with my religion." If they start anything else, just say, "no, thank you" and smile your way to hell. : ))

I am not christian. I do not believe in any form of god, prophet or whatever, but when someone comes to my door to push a religion on me, i either answer the door naked which causes them to never return or open it and quickly slam it in their faces which makes them come back the next day with a female.

I'm a Christian too and they come at my door too. I don't have time to stay and talk to them because we have different opinions about religion. But if I answer the door they give me one of their magazines and then go away.

I am a Christian Pastor and I always answer the door, get out my King James version and we have a discussion on the tenets of their faith. That has happened three or four times.
Though come to think of it they don't bother with me anymore.

It all depends on the mood that I am in. I too am a Christian and I know that people come into our lives for a reason. To not answer leaves me wondering if I was "supposed" to answer........

You don't have to answer your door for anybody. Has nothing to do with being Christian.

I am not Christian. I let them in and exchange ideas, they have always been very respectful of me and my beliefs. The only way to truly accept all people is to first understand them.
