Every hour I take dyphinhidine ( its like a pill) and I.B prophine.
But is this bad! or am I doing this because of stress or whats with me!

even if its because your stressed, that doesnt make it ok, then you will become dependent on it, stop taking it now, no one show take medication unless prescribed by a doctor, people who dont are called drug addicts.
