What u think ? Will I loose weight?..I will share my experirence ..I m doing this for last 7 years

No...your body will go into starvation mode & start storing up fat.Your metabolism will slow down drastically & you'll changes in Blood pressure,insulin,creatinine and not all of them for good.Try to eat 50% of all your regular meals -don't skip any meals.And try to make those meals rich in fiber & protein.Thats a sure way to lose weight.Good Luck.

See this site on fasting with quotes from 11 MDs. Also tells about limited eating. If you eat nothing but fruit for 3 weeks you will take off a lot of excess weight.

That causes your matabolism to slow down and will make you fat. Eat 1200 calories a day in 4 or 5 small meals.
Matabolite tablets are the only diet pills that work
Not the Ultra they get you all wired out.
We know the girls in school eat them like candy

the weight your going to lose wont last, I don't think you should fast for 30 days without your Dr's consent & a detailed diatary plan. The most I've fasted for has been a week, for health benifits.

anything past a week is dangerous, or so I heared

As one poster said, get a Dr.'s advice. People have been known to get irregular heart beats on your diet plan. You can basically eat the same amount you do now, but more healthy. Go veggie for awhile without cutting down to 50%.
If you're already obese, yes, go to a doctor.

Sounds absolutely insane. And after 7 years you haven't learned it don't work???

Why don't you just sanely change your lifestyle??? You drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no carrots
no corn
no bread
no rice

U may lose weight if u do what u say. But then, when u begin regular diet and eating u will gain more than what u lost. And in the long run this will spoil ur health.

Drink diet coke, never eat breakfast, it makes you hungry. One small meal a day. I can loose a Stone a month on this diet, the coke keeps me full and it's one calorie

Dont do it!!!! if your body doesn't get enough calcium you could get osteoporosis, making your bones very brittle, it's not worth sacrificing your bones to lose a little weight.
