There are some. Number 0 means destination nowhere. They'll bring you to a road to nowhere. And you'll never come back. You'll be able to see them when you're near death.

There should be 0 number buses ;which will ply on circular/ring roads .

In some spreadsheets (SS) and database management (DBM) programs when you put a " 0 " into the field, it assumes the field is empty. I would imagine that when schedulng of routes is done, you want the number to be there. AND SS and DBM progams are used in scheduling.
