Well, if they seem to be around you more, and smile at you alot, then they might fancy you. If they keep looking over towards you, and if they stare at you when they think that you are not looking, those are other signs that they might fancy you. But, if they just seem nice once in a while, and leave you be, without approaching you much, they were just being kind.

If someone fancies you, you will know it, if they are kind then they are kind to everyone-keep an eye on that!

If you are not sure and you don't want to go out on a limb and ask for a date, then take the flirting to the next level. Do or say something that can not be misconstrued as anything but that you are interested.
If she/he reciprocates, then I think you might be safe to go ahead and ask for a date.

You can tell by the way they look and act around you. Most will be too scared to ask you out. Its best to ask them out yourself. If they say no that means they are scared too.

if they fancy you they will lick their lips more, make eye contact more and play with their hair

it's all about body language. Does this person touch you when they are talking to you? Slight brushes? or more "handshake" reactions? Read the body and it will tell you exactly how this person is feeling..............
