Where are some good cheap caribbean cities to eat?

I am wanting to travel to the Caribbean, and am intersted in finding some good cheap cities to eat in. Anyone have any recommendations?

The French West Indies will be expensive due to the Euro.
The Dominican Republican is cheap and Cuba
