My little brother got caught riddin' dirty( again!)How can I send him e-mail/my space shout-out?

I was just wandering if antbody knows a loop-hole? He is at W.T.Bailey in san diego and I think he is going down this time for at least a year. Anybody know about the laws in califorina? And FYI: Don't drink and drive, and don't try to run from the POE-POES!!!

I dont think they can use computers in the can.You're gonna have to break out the paper and pen.
