I can safely answer yes to the main question. There are plenty of women that like submissive men. You pretty much are in luck. ;-)
In terms of the state of your mental health, you're fine. Indeed, it would actually make sense that if you are "man" most of the time that you would find it relieving to swing the other direction sometimes. Consider it a way of tapping into your feminine side instead of ignoring it. In a way, it's healthier than total supression.
One word of caution. While I suspect that a majority of Dommes are fine with sissy subs, some might not be. Be sure to list that as one of the major attributes that you have when interacting with possible Dommes.

probably best to keep someone on the side for this particular issue. OR...try keeping some erotic reading material around that contains some of the type of erotica that you would like to experiment with. Something like Penthouse Letters is great. No, you are not sick. I, personally like the guy to be more dominant, but there is nothing wrong with turning the table every once in a while.
If that is what you want, just ask whoever it is you are involved with. If she really cares about you, she will want to make your intimate moments enjoyable for you too. Just be sure you are the dominant one, some of the time. Or, find a gf who is into being a dominatrix.
