There is a current shortage of nursing and laboratory personnel in the US. You may be able to find a job in these areas. Most hospitals are desperate to fill these positions. I know that it is not the same as being a physician, but many of these positions pay very well and will be a good stepping stone to getting your US license.

While working on your license, you can work as a physician assistant. or you can take a care-giver course and then work as care giver while earning your license. you can also be a medical transcriptionist. ask specific regulations in your state location.
