I have 2 cups in the morning and maybe one in the evening if I was at a football game. When its hot I like to hit Starbucks for the shaken iced coffee. It just depends on my mood.Tea, water, lemonade, pop, and all the others, oh so many to choose it makes me crazy i!

At least 32 oz day with 16oz milk unless stressed. then more . MUST have 1 before bed or violently ill by 6am. Blinding headache, vomiting extreme weakness and confusion. I weaned myself from easily 3 gal. Honestly! Makes me wonder how others let themseves get addicted to other drugs.

I have usually 3 cups a day-but only when I'm working.
When I'm not working I might have 1 expresso or cappuchino a day.
