Puerto Rico is a Commonwealth of the United States so is like traveling inside USA.

If You're an American...all You need is Your State issue ID..if you're a Minor then bring the birth certificate and the school ID.

Enjoy Puerto Rico...

I have been to Puerto Rico many many times. Just a state issued ID such as a Driver License is enough. Just like traveling anywhere else in the US. Enjoy your trip

Puerto Rico is part of the United States--so you shouldn't need any special ID other than what everyone in the US would typically carry.
