Get a spray called Feloway Cat spray. Only vets carry it but you can get without prescription...works wonders...you'll be happy

Use vinegar and water to spray all over your porch. It will neutralize the smell and repel the cats. If you have a house cat that is not fixed, it will draw all the outside cats...best to have them all fixed.

i couldnt stop my cat from spraying the shoe closet...
we got her fixed,.. wiped up and disinfected the area...
nothing worked...
I eventually voted the cat out of the apartment

get them fixed, if that doesn't work, a live electrical fence will do the trick
