Why make out at all? Some of the BEST relationships have no making out, and no sex. Don't worry about it. If he doesn't want to allow you to take it as slow as you want, then get another boyfriend. You are a smart gal. Don't let any guy rob you of that brilliant way of thinking.

You are just not ready and comfortable yet. When the times comes you will and he will be grateful he waited too :) Take your time, that is why most relationship tend to end fast. Is because no one takes the time to know each other first and before you know it the spark is gone and your ready to move on. So moving slow is awesome :)
