Yep, you know that human has many flaws, don't you? If we are the ones who are going to forgive anyone's sin, don't you think that it'll cause havoc like it's already did like right now and always? Some people will think like this and some people like that, it's crazy. :x By the way, I'm no Christian.
We only forgive other people mistake to us, only God has the real decision to forgive the sin they have commited or not.

We have been instructed by scripture that if our sins was to be forgiven, we had to forgive others. Matt. 6:14,15-------14For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Mark 2:10 Says Jesus has authority to forgive sins. 10But that ye may know that the Son of man hath authority on earth to forgive sins (he saith to the sick of the palsy),

yes, because a sin is a wrongdoing against God.
if someone does me wrong, only i can forgive them
it wouldnt make sense if someone else could do them instead of God
