You are "begging the question". Scientists find no geological evidence of a world flood. They say such a thing is impossible. There is not enough water to submerge all land. How could Noah build a 450 foot ark? If he could, it would not hold examples of all animals, and it would fall apart in the sea. It would take many years to load all animals on a boat big enough to hold them. The logistics of this are too formidable to be real. Noah's Ark is just a myth copied from the Sumerian tale of Utnapishtam.

The water before the flood was all fresh water. Salt water came about because of the flood. The water got the salt from the earth. The Fish that survived the flood adapted to the salt water.

There is a geological phenomenon in which an underwater freshwater spring creates a patch of freshwater in the middle of the ocean. This patch, often miles wide, contains freshwater fish and plant life, surrounded on all sides by salt water. When the flood began, it didn't just rain, but water came from underground as well. More than enough freshwater than to safe plenty of freshwater fish.

The fresh water was kept in place and fresh by magic so that the fresh watre fish would be ok. The salt water was also kept in place by magic for the salt water fish. The flood water was magic flood water anyway that comes from nowhere and then recedes to nowhere.
...oops. I forgot that when god is involved, it's called "miracle" not "magic".

all water in the antedeluvian era was freshwater. after the flood, with the washing off of minerals from the lands in the run-off of the flood, the oceans became salty, and the fish that lived in them simply adapted to be able to live in this condition.
