Am I the only religious person who gets tired of the email chain letters that say "If you are not ashamed of God, pass this on" or "If you believe in God pass this on and if you don't then you don't love God"? I'm sorry, but even being a 'believer' I get so tired of these type of emails. My beliefs are deeper than many peoples that attend church three times a week, and someone is going to tell me that "I" don't believe if I don't jump on this "HUMAN" bandwagon of passing on a chain letter?

I absolutely agree with you! I get those sort of e-mails all the time....and it's like I'm NOT ashamed of my belief in God, but why do these people criticize me if I don't carry this e-mail on....I don't think that's very christian of them! UGH! If I want to send the e-mail to friends than I will, don't accuse me of being ashamed of God if I don't send it on. Maybe I just don't think my friends would enjoy that type of e-mail. Geez!!!

No chain letters are just wrong, Christian's should not be involved with sending chain letters, they should be involved with studying God's word, so as to get the meaning of God's will. Mark 3:35 says, Whoever does the will of God, this one is my brother and sister and mother. Ephesians 5:17 says, On this account cease becoming unreasonable, but go on perceiving what the will of Jehovoh is. [Jehovah is God's name]

You don't have to pass on chain letters. That's not the way to teach. It's a way to annoy some people. Teaching should be done without forcing opinions that we might have as Christians.

Yea, I don't respond to things like that.
Its just a scam to get the letters passed on.
Its the same thing as " If you dont send this letter to 15 people in the next 10 minuites....", or " send this to 50 people and something cool will happen"

If I do truly enjoy a christian inspiratonal message with " if you love god send this to all your christian friends", I wil foward it but erace the end part. Its up to my friends if they want to pass it on.

Do you think that with all the problems in this world (wars, poor people, etc) God has nothing better to do that check out if you pass on some emails? He knows better who loves Him, and He does'nt need a written proof...

I agree with you. I don't like passing chain letters on because they are annoying and may carry a virus. God knows your standing and mine, and this is good enough for me.

Anything that is a chain letter no matter the subject goes straight into the circular file. No matter the subject it is just junk to clog up the in-box.

I delete chain letters; my family and friends understand I don't participate in that nonsense.
Acquaintances soon learn this. I despise them,( the letters, that is! LOL.)
Delete and ignore. Have a good day.

No, you are not! I can't even break the people of sending them to me of sending them. They just get so caught up in the content, they are fearful not to pass them on.

I love Angel's point of these people being superstitious. I may craft a reply stating I am not superstitious so I will not be passing this foolishness on to spam anyone's mailbox.
