ive had 4 knee surgery's (arthroscopy's) now i just had my last one about 3 weeks ago and am still healing from that. Healing time has been more grueling and much longer as this is my fourth surgery. I have synovitis and the tell me there is no permanent cure i just have to hope it doesn't come back it has no 4 times.... i don't want a knee replacement before im 30 (im 22) which is where im heading so if anyone has any info that would help id appreciate it thanx...

There is no cure but treatment is generally rest, ice and anti-imflamatory medication. Have you tired cortisone injections into the joint? Really this is a question for an Orthopedic specialist. Have you not discussed this with your doctor already?
